Another massive die-off occurred at a Newfoundland factory salmon farm owned by Norwegian-based company, Mowi. Over 24,000 fish perished. The company has had at least three large dieoffs in the region over the last year. This marks repeated massive mortality events at salmon farms on both Canadian coasts with no end in sight.
